:All you have to do is consider the following
Submit a request to replace or return your purchases within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of receipt, by submitting a request to return or replace a product.
Products must be in their original condition when purchased, never been used, and packed in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Products with special requests such as (adding a name or number on the product or customized stickers) are completely non-refundable or refundable.
Promotional offers such as “Buy two T-shirts and get the third for free.” The products in the promotional offer can be exchanged for an equivalent value, but only one piece cannot be returned and all pieces, which consist of 3 T-shirts, are returned.
In the event that you wish to cancel the order, please contact us before the shipment leaves the store within a maximum period of 24 hours.
In the event that you want to cancel the order after 24 hours have passed, the order is considered to be in progress, and the product amount will be returned and the shipping fees are non-refundable, except for that product with special requests such as (name or number on the product).
In the event that the product is returned for requests within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the return policy will be sent, and the customer must deliver the order to the nearest branch within 5 days of the return request.
In the event that the product is returned for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we apologize to you, as we cannot return or exchange.
In the event that the product is returned, the amount will be transferred to your account within 4 to 7 working days after the shipment arrives at the site and confirms that it is in its normal condition.
In the event that there is an error from the store, God forbid (whether by sending a different product, a different size, or a shortage in the order), the store bears all costs.
